Artist's Comments
This is a another small pic I did for my blog [link] as a header/intro for an article on Shadowrun in Berlin, 2071.
Basically, I used a free stock photograph for background, did some manipulations, added some sci-fi stuff and painted the foreground using a Wacom tablet and photoshop.
In this special case I used a pre-existing "panzer cop" (jin-roh) pic as the cops in my Shadowrun setting for Berlin are wearing a kind of Jin-roh/Helghast crossbreed uniform that was designed to scare off potential criminals in the anarchy-ridden eastern zones of the city.
